Good sized gym geared more to strength than cardio training . Biggest peeve are the male changing rooms: only two toilet cubicles and seven shower cubicles. Gents, pls expect to queue at peak hours.
Highly overpriced and mainly for people looking for fancy things.
Nice atmosphere to workout and has 10 shower rooms for ladies. Crowded at 6-8pm during weekdays.
Only 2 shower cubicals for this size of gym is unacceptable
