The Rib Co. is amazing! The best pulled pork sandwich sand homemade fries ! You know it cooked fresh so it's totally worth the wait. Makes living in the desert worth it ????

Jen, is simply amazing. She had a solution to all my wants and put it all together for me. Pricy , but great. Homey atmosphere , not really kid friendly when it comes to food. Other than that, 5 stars!

Excellent bbq . Have pretty high standards being from kc, but this was definitely up there. Pulled pork sandwich was excellent, get one! And try the spin dip to start but careful, large portions !

We both had the baby back ribs which were excellent. We tried bbq sauce & the Tennessee whiskey options.

Probably the best spare ribs I ever had! Those with the bbq sauce and whiskey glaze combined!

We just had burgers , but meat was cooked exactly as ordered. Generous portions and everything seems to be made fresh onsite. We'd go back.
