I like Kohls as a chain, but this store is always a disaster.
I don't know how one would want to wait an hour long for a return. And when we tried to say something the manager was being argumentative and saying he was doing the best he could. Figure it out kohls
Horrible customer service. I wish kohls could hire competent people, especially at the service desk.
