oldest bar in brooklyn , i believe. used to be a teahouse during prohibition and you would press a button if you wanted booze in your tea .

Cool, dark, bar with some history. Bartenders are some of the nicest in the city , that I've come across.

Nice old school feel with strong, cheap drinks . It's dark and there's pool, if you're into that kind of stuff.

Place blows up on weekend but it's a good date place . Jonathan Ames and John Hodgeman supposedly come here a lot but I've never seen them.

Quaint place to hang for a beer if you don't want to go to crowded Smith St. Bartenders are always nice and the atmosphere is great.
