Love Paradise resort! Exc entertainment for kids, really enjoyed our stay. Any issues were rectified promptly & staff were all fantastic. Only thing we didn't love was the high $$ of bistro food
this place is great for kids so many things to do through the various areas they can play in to the activities and entertainment they have.. the pool side cafe is great for parents to chill and watch
If you're choosing between the junior bunkhouse and the king go the king king size bed , room to move for kids to play. Junior bunkhouse is tiny- ok if you only have 1 kid & don't plan on being in room
Fantastic for kids. Plenty of distractions to keep them busy all week even without daytime excursions to the parks .
Make use of your mini fridge - milk for brekky & sandwich fillings for lunches . Coles is down the road . Bring drink bottles...Eat out for dinner - plenty to choose from!
this may be a big call but i prefer this place over sea world ! we went 6 months ago and there wasn't as much to do for the kids!
The upgrades over the past 4 months are great. Staff friendly , it's not 5 star, it's better, it's family friendly
The resort offers rooms at 99$ per family, and you can walk down ocean avenue to the beach in 5 minutes, not bad. But they overcharge you for everything else, it is almost cheaper eating out :-)
Bedbugs! Yup it seems every time we come here we leave with itchy red bites everywhere
Love the kids club , pool side cafe has average kitchen, similar aqua park as sea world resort
The WiFi is patchy everywhere except the bistro . Rooms are basic at best
The food is disgusting and overpriced except the pizzas from Bistro . Go out for all meals, so many places to choose from.
Great for holidaying with kids. Nice and friendly staff .

One more thing, there is no flexibility and service from the staff , and u better arrive in time for meals ! Basically, u get what u pay for here :-)

Fantastic family resort! In-house cafe, buffets and restaurants available which are all great. Kids loved the Sponge bob themed waterpark, especially the light show at 8pm! Recommend hiring a car. - Demi Poon
