Ivy and Dr. Katy have a great bedside manner for precious little Louise. My heart is broken and I am in tears as I said goodbye. Cat heaven will rejoice to admit its most darling soul.
Lauren is an awesome trainer ! Also they have a way better selection of food than petco . And the rats they sell here are better taken care of because they are for pets only. Not feeders.

Do not use their grooming department! I had the most unhelpful and the worst customer service I've had in over 10 years. I had these two girls in grooming (Sarah and Desire) and they had no clue!
