One of best ramen dishes out there: TAN TAN RAMEN . Period. SO spicy , so good!!! When you are faced with an entire meal in a bowl THIS size, only happiness follows! BKJ.
Starving? Order the huge Kyushu Danji Ramen : natural Heritage Pork bone soup with mayu oil, topped w/ roast pork , bamboo shoots , red ginger , seasoned eggs , kikurage mushrooms , cabbage & bean sprouts .
Start off with the Steamed Pork Buns made with slow roasted pork so tender, it melts in your mouth!
Spicy ramen was awesome! Reminded me of mexican-spicy. The place was crowded , but service and waiters were awesome. I want to return to try the other ramen !
Spicy ramen and tan tan ramen were incredible! Not too spicy if you’re looking for extra spice to kick it up. The spicy ramen has an underlying fish taste as a heads up!
They know me will order kyus daji big bowl, Jasmine tea and extra banboom shoot. You can get to know what our professor said. This is customer centric. Welcome to the university city .
Fusion, tasty, lots to love, but offering doesn't warrant the wait. Karaage curry , classic terakawa, and tan tan ramen are the ones to try. BYOB
I do not know how many times I visit here. The manager here is a hk female. Decent ramen . Suggest order extra banboom, chisu and seaweed salad for sure. Cute waitress , good memory with old friends.
They have great service. Food is great. Very nice servers and the green tea they serve is matcha :) and free refills. Oh and they accept debit/credit with no minimum. :)
As a noodle soup enthusiast, I give Terakawa a ten out of ten. The Kyushu Danji Ramen was massively sized. For only four dollars more, they doubled all the toppings. Very rich and succulent pork
The Spicy Ramen is awesome! Not too spicy , just right.
the tan tan ramen is hands down the best ramen I've ever had! delicious broth and a generous helping of pork , scallions and noodles .
Great Ramen ! The pork is the best with the best flavor and the buns are amazing.! The crispy pork buns so good and the staff is wonderful!
It has been a long time since I am here. Still decent food, old friends go and news come. I am still here, neither blessed or blue. Terakawa opens a new store in upenn area. Do not miss it
If you want vegan ramen , get the veggie ramen with miso or shoyu broth and request no egg and with rice noodles !
I love everything about this place. The food is delicious. The prices are affordable . The staff is friendly . I love it!
Definitely try the Tan Tan Ramen . For those who have low tolerances for spicy food (like me), it is only spicy enough to have just a bit of a zing to it.
Extremely authentic . Huge portions . Everything we tried was delicious.
Get the signature (terakawa) ramen ! So good every time, and enough for two people!
Amazing miso vegetarian ramen ! The service is great and the staff are friendly . Get the curry side
Terakawa Ramen a signature here is "tonkotsu "ramen and it was quite good.
My favorite ramen in the city . Grab a seat at the bar and watch the kitchen at work.
Everything is great, from the pork buns to the gouyza! One of best bowls of ramen I’ve ever eaten!
Get a side bowl of Karaage Chicken with any order for $2. It's the best! I usually get the Tan Tan Ramen
Some creative combos, also have udon and donburi . Don't need that loud bass- this isn't a club!
Best ramen I've had. Always packed but worth the wait. Appetizers are also very good.
The ramen is so affordable and delicious. Add an extra egg ! Trust me, it's the best thing ever.
The Mayu ramen is the best. If you like strong garlic flavor, this is a no brainer.
Worth the wait if you love ramen . Mayu ramen is recommended.
Super awesome tonkatsu . It's also byob , so bring a tallboy to sip as you slurp.
Tan Tan Ramen and Spicy Ramen are the best!
First time, try the ten ten ramen with corn and bamboo shoots . Don't forget the crispy skin sausage & oolong tea .
Got the Terakawa ramen and it was phenomenal. Tasted like ramen from Japan. Overall, 5/5
Can't go wrong, great ramen and apps. Green tea with refills is always a plus.
So-so ramen . I've been in Japan for years and still not the same taste as Japan's original ramen . But still people wait in line to try this. Ordered Terakawa ramen with egg .
Weekends are not byob . We were told to drink our wine outside because drinking it would take long. We were told to pick out our food in the doorway. The people before us were rushed out.
Spicy Ramen is delightful and surprisingly only $11 so tasty
Best ramen in Philly, sure...but that's not saying very much.
Bim bim noodle is very nice on a hot day. The chicken curry is great too.
Spicy Ramen was really good.
Tempura shrimp shu mai, any ramen bowl
Get the tan tan ramen . Spicy ramen is good too but can taste a little too fishy.
Get the Gyoza .. To die for!! Phenomenal!!!
Best Ramen for many miles. Their signature is fantastic.
The traditional ramen was spot on! Large portions and very affordable .
Try the Spicy Ramen - #spicyramen is my favorite here at Ramen Boy in Philadelphia! Make sure you check it out! おいしい!!
miso ramen + pork buns + shu mai tempura + hot green tea = amazing meal
Yummy ramen , but try the Katsu Curry sometime. Only place in Philly that serves it, and it's delicious.
Get the spicy miso ramen aka Tan Tan and the pork buns .
Go for spicy ramen . Much better than terakawa ramen.
Their vegetarian Ramen is amazing!! Everything on the menu looks great and it's all made in house, and they make their own tea drinks. Basically if you love food this is the place for you - Julia Naumowicz
Order the spicy Tan Tan Ramen and the Japanese fried chicken appetizer, the Karaage. It has a yummy spicy citrus mayo. - Danii Mcletchie
Curry Ramen with Chicken Katsu is so yummy! I'm half Japanese, born and raised in JP and this is hands down the best tasting ramen I have found in Philly! Buta ni narimasu :D - Christine Wolfe
The sunset is tasty and floral, with a nice citrus kick. Aloe jellies add some additional noms! - Ben Watkins
beck's cajun cafe is one of my favorite places for cajun food - excellent jambalayas and gumbos - Aileen Tse
Really good bubble tea. Get the red wow milk. So sweet and the texture is awesome - Myra
