Sometimes you think you have a pretty good pho joint but then you go to a place like Pho Hung and it blows everything else away
Try the Tai Nam! Super yummy and the Goi Cuon was fabulous. Overall I'd give it a 8.5, the service was kinda lame and expensive drinks/no refills.
