For once we received good customer service. Guy by the name of Raymond was polite, patient & precise with his explanation & assistance in signing up new plan & recommendation of new phone for my mom!

Go during weekdays (near to n during lunch hour). Less people n fast service . Look for Miss Amalina Fuad, she is one friendly lady ????

Got my iPhone 4S replacement in less than 2 days, a huge improvement as it took 2 wks to do a warranty claim 2 years ago. The best part? It's a brand new unit, no refurbished set nonsense. Good job!

Wanted to change to prepaid, my supp line to another maxis holder. After all the process done only informed this cannot b done due to another maxis holder on old plan.Cant just check at the beginning?

Claimed my ip5 warranty twice, fast respond and given rebates RM60 on the screen protectors I put on both phones. Just voice out ur complaints & dissatisfaction and it would be handled accordingly.

Signed up for new postpaid plan to purchase new phone at promotional price. Was never alerted about termination penalties. Got charged RM2,000 for early termination. A warning would've been nice.

their service got terrible after the renovation. Theres no queue number or queue line . no one's queing to get tings done

This maxis center queing system is damm bad! Pressing a number m general enquiry are all in the same line causing the queue to get a number is BLARDY long!!

Really happening here. Truckloads of people but service is good and of high quality. Basics of customer service is present. Lots of smiles here.

If you don't want to wait too long, you can always go to the one at Mid Valley Megamall for payment. Or... Just use PayPal! ^^

VERY VERY VERY SLOW service over here. A few of staff went for meeting and left only three counters to service the customer.

Weekends is always crowded . I waited for 30 mins in the queue. Unless go on the weekday evening.

Samsung Note 2 RM999 w RM146/month is only valid for existing One Maxis individual plan, not corporate. Check for eligibility in maxis website is not accurate as it missed out this term.

Don't just play with ur phone while waiting.. Their number services doesn't call out the numbers and you might miss ur number if u aren't paying attention.

Do u think everyone have a whole day to wait here? There are so many comment about their slow service yet there's no improvement or action taken!

All the staff were really really really really really really really bad. All the major and minor body language are very rude. The most rude are being angry to your 'meal of a plate'!. WORK WITH HEART.

Lined up outside the store before 10, was the second person to arrive. All four counters were free but I was told to have a seat and wait. Fail!

Every time come here also have to wait for at least one hour only can be my turn. Wasting time!

Very bad experience at counter 12, wonder what maxis trying to let their customer experience. The way the staff answer my 1st question was so Impatient & rude.
