Excellent hotel but my only complaints are no bathtub, lousy tv programs and the same food served at breakfast every single day.

If you want to go to KLIA / KLIA2 using public transport , you can buy Aerobus ticket here. No need to go to KL Sentral anymoreee. Yeayyy!
Just check with Aerobus to KLIA2 it was advice to book ticket a week before hand to ensure ticket available at RM13.00 per person.
Wedding waiter scuffle reported was a one off event . Hotel management proactive to resolve the problem. MD of WCT Group met with the father and accorded fair compensation. Our sincere apology.
I m frequent traveller to Klang. As there are absolute no good hotel in P.Klang, Premier is the only option. Each stay will hv unpleasant surprises. This trip encounter faulty hair dryer not working
The facilities are good and you have good view of Klang.

Fuckin poor room services . Called in housekeeping for more tea bags, but nobody turned up. The room air condition is in a bad shape, there were mosquitoes in the room. Outside is colder than the rooms

Don't you ever host wedding dinner in here, just yesterday during my cousin wedding dinner . 2 waiter fighting in the ballroom we rent. The service is terrible man !

terrible room service .towel sumtime not change.toiletries,sumtime not stock up.& last nite,had 1 guy frm housekeepin entered my room while I was sleepin!theworst,he actually entered a wrong room!theF!
