Manager admitted their staff is not trained , yet he is happy to charge full amount. How would he take it if I say my money is not enough!!! Feel disappointed & disgusted.

Never again!! Messed up a booking for 15 people. Rude and unapologetic to boot!
And they tried to over charge us, definitely not happy and will never come back here.
