If you’re confused looking for the place, it’s likely because it’s called SimplyMac now. Same store, just a part of a larger chain. All “The Mac Store” locations are now SimplyMac.
Moderately okay customer service. Sometimes they appear to be speaking down to customers who don't have the same knowledge as them. But overall a decent place to get apple products.
Excellent customer service. Very happy
Consistently the worst service. Go to Mactonic in downtown Eugene or take a road-trip to the official Apple stores in the Portland area. Avoid at all costs.
