The Saxon Mill

One of my most favoured watering holes in Warwickshire , set in an original water mill on a river with an excellent atmosphere. Great place to chill on the weekend.

Food was excellent, the staff were friendly and very helpful and the scenery is really special. The pizzas are worth checking out while you are there!

We really love The Saxon Mill. Our favourite of course the view but fish&chips also legendary! I definitely recommend here.

Picturesque and relaxing, the best experience is sitting by the river on a hot summer's day. A lovely walk through the fields rounds it off! Slightly expensive but does make occasions feel special.

Nice pub and lovely restaurant . If the weather is nice (rare I know) sit outside by the water. A lovely walk thru the countryside goes right past the Saxon Mill too. Recommended :)

Great walking near by so you can spend hours here. Beer , wine , food all good. But beware it gets crazy busy at weekends in summer.

UBU and Doombar on tab, awesome terrace next to the river , pleasant atmosphere and great food. Service is excellent too.

Be sure to have a look at the old water mill . Then enjoy a pint by the water.

Beautiful spot on the Warwickshire Avon, fantastic food. Be sure to try the Rib Eye steak .

Enjoy a lazy, warm, summer Sunday afternoon with a few friends, some drinks and two or three sharing platters. If you're patient you'll get a table outside right next to the river !

Very popular especially the outside seating on a warm day. Great service. Veggie food underwhelming but nice puds .

What a shame - they brought our chips after 1 hour and we reminded them three times! There were no salt no forks or no tissue! Definitely not recommend!!!
