This Starbucks should be the model to all other Starbucks on the excellence of customer service. I drive 22 miles from Burbank just to come this location. Lori, rocks and she's a walking dead fan too!
This one is conveniently located and has drive-through.
Customer Service here is Excellent! Whenever they get super busy and you wait too long in the drive thru , they give you your drink for free.
Sticklers for 'corporate rules' here make it feel like a business, not part of my community. Reminds me to stick to my 'home location,' even if it means giving Starbucks lessbucks.
