Always new servers who don't know the menu and never fill your drinks. Why does it take forever to get a salad ? it doesn't need cooking! used to come here all the time.... Used to.....

Totally waited forever to order and when we finally ordered and got our food a spider crawled off my friends plate, and no one told the manger. We had to!
Do not order Smaugs Fire Burger unless you like being sick in a smelly bathroom and having your stomach ripped apart .
Slowest service ever.. right when we were about to walk out after over an hour, food finally came. Room temperature. :\
