You pay a little extra for atmosphere, but the food is always wonderful. The chefs up there are friendly and know what they're doing. I'm a personal fan of the "Oh My God" roll!
Lobster spring roll and the Fuji mountain sushi awesome yummmmmm
The cherry blossom roll is wonderful, we love the Salmon roll as well and they have the best egg rolls in town
Off menu item : Raw quail egg shot. Try one if your brave enough, you will ne pleasantly surprised.
go to wasabi sushi and try the Oh My God role...it is quite a spiritual experience! the Cherry Blossom and Caterpillar rolls are outstanding as well .

My wife loves the Tower. She pretends to consider other things, but orders this 99% of the time
Was disappointed in the shrimp tempura roll . Was expecting a rare fried treat but it was hidden inside the roll. No crunch. Rest was good
Don't forget to tip the Sushi chefs ...they work so hard :)
