Flying Star Café

We created Flying Star because we needed fresh, tasty coffee served in a bottomless cup, comfy seats with casual, competent service that didn’t get in your face. Most of all, we wanted a place where dessert was first and the food was something you could really get your taste buds around.

Great place for authentic NM food. I especially love the breakfast and to this I am looking for a similar amazing breakfast Burrito or Huveros Rancheros . Be careful the portions are very large!

Lee Fulmer

This place reminds me of a fancier Panera. Cool place and wide selection of creative takes on beloved classics. Had the bleu cheese mac and the artichoke and Havarti sandwich . Both were beyond words!

Jordan Bourne

Get the Southwest Bennie . It's a delicious take on Eggs Benedict. Made with english muffins , green chile turkey sausage , and a cheesy parmesan sauce. Super tasty.

Jeremy B.

Mac n Cheese is pretty delicious! I recommend that our the Southwest Bennie is another favorite. Feel like tofu , enjoy a Tofu Scramble .

Nancy Martira

Super fun local chain. Order at the counter, then grab a seat inside or outside in the sun.

Tag Christof

they'll substitute tofu for anything with eggs (except the benedict, obviously). if you hate eggs - and i HATE eggs - this is best breakfast spot ever.

NM Tech Council

Great place for meeting folks from Albuquerque's West Side, Rio Rancho & Corrales. Home of the Rio Grande IGDA (Game Developers) 'Nite Lite' meetups on Mondays from 6PM.

Diana Tourville

Mexican coffee is awesome!

Janet Speer

First time here. Ordered 2 build your omelets . They were tasteless. Almost $50 for food for 2, coffee and pineapple concentrate mixed with water. Won't be back.

Karen Payne

Grateful cakes !

Diana Tourville

The breakfast burritos sucked. The green chile sauce used had no bite or flavor. Also, I asked for bacon , and the added 1 crummy slice. This place is over priced for mediocre food.

Nicky D

The NM Burger is soooo good!!

Heather Thompson

Always a welcome visit.

Gary I

Food is ok but too crowded and too loud . Not a place to actually relax and enjoy your time

Diego Gillean

A lot of money for a little bit of food. $6 for OJ .
