The best tip on Søllerød Kro: Go. It's amazing food, amazing wine and an amazing location. Jan Restorff is the best host you'll ever get. Worth every penny.

Not molecular gastronomy but very fine classic food with a touch of new Nordic tendencies. Wonderful desserts . Excellent. Fabulous wine list . Most beautiful, romantic settings .

4 course spring menu is excellent but given the portion sizes I would recommend the full 6 course.
