Quality has degraded since it became Tealive and avoid going for large as it seems that only water is added as it becomes way diluted compared to the regular size. Please bring Chatime 's quality back.

One of the better outlets in terms of variety and honoring 3rd-party vouchers . Just avoid the Caramel Pudding Smootea with Oreo Cookie Pieces at all cost, so horrible that it shouldn't be on the menu.

Internet connection is never good enough to be able to use our card. Why should I have to keep forking out money when I have the equivalent in the card?
