Near the beach but traffic is a night mare!!! Not far from where I live. I can see the ocean from where I live. Avoid rush hour leave later if you have to.:D

If traffic gets tight: the right-most lane is a LOT faster than the left (fast) lane. When using the right lane, you'll have to occasionally weave to the middle lane and then back. :-)
