This is my 3rd time at this resort and for a reason. Staff is beyond awesome, accommodations are great, and amenities are wonderful. My favorite place to eat is at the Japanese restaurant or buffet !
The underwater treasures here are amazing and a must-see. The resort also offers excellent all-inclusive packages.

Find a vendor on the resort and buy the largest cup or mug you can find. The bar tenders are happy to fill anything you bring them!
Mateo is the best bartender at the pool bar ... He's always got a smile on his face. Find him and ask for a island cooler! Yum!

Keep your pool towels overnight; use them to save pool chairs early in the a.m. Chairs are all taken by 9 a.m.
Be careful sitting in the lobby. Our friend was stung by a scorpion in the lobby.

Rooms are very noisy . You can hear people outside and from other rooms. To make it worse the hotel started repairing something at 10:30 am so I woke up by the hammer and drill noise.

The chai coconut ice-cream at Japanese restaurant was amazing!
The beach is not as pretty as advertised. There is a lot of grass which is out of their control but still not white beaches .
Be sure to try the grilled corn on the cob at Villa Marina .
Have stayed at better, lots of sea weed and no Caribbean blue waters here. Staff is friendly , very small buffet , Missy food is bland, but the drinks are good.
Get a room on the top floor.
All inclusive is the way to go.

Fusion restaurant is the best. Only one with decent wine . Stick to cervesa everywhere else.
The spa here is awesome.
Hang over? You would need poolbar it's great!
Privileged is the way to visit here. Pampered all the way.

Food isn't that good at all. The buffet is pretty small with a limited selection. Restaurants are OK. Definitely not the 5 star it advertises itself to be.

Esta fue la tercera ves que voy y siempre nos ha ido muy bien. El personal muy amable y atento, la comida muy bien. Lo único que siento le hace falta son áreas de sombra junto a las albercas
Esta es una gran opción para un All Inclusive. Los restaurantes de especialidad son buenos, las habitaciones tienen buen tamaño. Buenas bebidas en el bar , el iceberg es delicioso.
El servicio y la infrastructura es increible, las piscinas y la playa muy relajantes . La comida está bien, aunque no destaca mucho alimenta, los coctels son jugo , no se siente alcohol esta muy diluido
Nos llevamos una grata impresión del hotel : alimentos de calidad, buen servicio , buenos shows nocturnos y pensado para niños, adolescentes y adultos!! Excelente opción!!
Me gusta mucho el hotel , el servicio Esaú bueno y aparte de eso tienen muchas cosas, heladería , amacas, paseo en bicicleta.
No dejes de ir a Blue Moon la comida es deliciosa, si quieres ir al Oriental acude a reservar desde las 6:00 pm por que se llena
Un hotel muy bueno, pequeño pero que cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasarla de lujo en pareja o en familia .
Muy bonito hotel con 4 albercas, 5 bares y 6 restaurantes diferentes. Tienes que venir con el All-inclusive si no no jala . Si eres mexicano trae dólares porque si no los meseros no te hacen caso.
Muy buen hotel , excelente descanso , aunq la atención del personal deja algo q desear. La comida buena, puede mejorar, las bebidas en el bar preparadas "al madrazo"...

Me gusto que fuera ecológico pero eso de que se apague la luz si no haces ningún movimiento es terrorífico, las toallas y sábanas las cambian cada 3 días si no lo solicitan...

La comida en los restaurantes es excelente, solo hay que anotarse en la lista de espera con al menos una hora para poder obtener una mesa, ya que el personal de servicio es insuficiente.
Asombroso, el pero, las bebidas no me gustaron. Pero la comida es excelente, el sushi y el blue moon.
Excelente lugar, la comida no deja nada que desear. No olvides visitar el cofee bar . La playa esta ok. Tal vez les falta dar más información en la recepción . Seguramente regresaría .
Excelente servicio, el snack junto a la piscina tiene excelentes hamburguesas .
