I m a regular to Auntie Anne 's. I like their pretzel but Wetzel's taste as good. Wetzel's has Less queue, softer, may b cheaper. :)
Have tried the pretzel at two separate branches (Pyramid and MV), oh boy, the pretzel not soft like what others have mentioned... :(
