I came a half hour before store open and the staff here was just wonderful. My concern was relatively simple. Just time consuming and I was cordially walked through every step of the way. I ❤️it here

Tip: always make an appointment if you need service and get there early to stand in the check in line . But they try to move quickly.

If you have Apple business in the South Bay , go to Los Gatos or Valley Fair . The Millennial hipsters will treat you better there and not like a clueless prisoner .

It may be the world's smallest Apple store, but the staff is awesome! Super nice and helpful.

A lot of apple employees just standing around not helping customers and they make the people form a line behind one employee to distribute to others

VERY small! The smallest Apple Store I have ever seen. Probably not pleasant to be in when it's busy!

WTF is it about being unable to help you because you came in early?! Trying to check-in and was told they were running "perfectly" on time.

This store is TERRIBLE! Came here because it was only store w/open appt. Told me repair would take 30 min. It's been over two hours and I'm STILL waiting.
