They have a nice staff of great servers and hosts, who are all very on top of things, the food is delicious. And also the bathrooms are very nice! :)
Went there for an early lunch , around 11:15 on a Friday. We were seated right away, our server was awesome and the food and drinks were great. They were even really good about our 1-year-old daughter.
The food is good. Everything we've tried has been good. The service has become the issue. Check your bill carefully as they true to double charge us.
I've frequented the Tacoma Mall store for a few years and this location is right up there. Food is worth the wait so I don't come here if I'm in a hurry. Relax, it's BJ's.
I like it here, although I'm not too find of eating poke with a fork. lol. Otherwise a cool place to have dinner and drinks.
Great beers (love the stout ). Burgers are better when not grilled though (cuts the grease down a lot)!

Was surprised (happily) with the turkey burger . I keep forgetting not to ask for the bum not toasted though! First time I had the turkey but would definitely order again

Happy hour is so-so. I ordered the spinach and artichoke dip . There was enough dip for about 5 chips and I couldn't eat the rest of the chips because they were WAY over salted. The cocktails were good

Brand new place. I get it. But very disorganized and very slow. Make sure to give yourself 2 hours from the moment you walk in.

Good service , shrimp scampi is under seasoned and flavorless. Pull out the salt shaker. Won't order it again.
Great service but my food was not very good, stuffed mushrooms are good burger was soggy straight from the grill.

Slow service! 40 minutes for a medium well steak and a salad ?! As soon as the food hit the table it seemed like our rude waitress was trying to rush us out. I'd say go somewhere else.
Suggested gratuity on the bottom of the receipt? Tacky . Good server though, shrimp scampi was OK
