Pihlajasaari on entinen huvilasaari, joka nykyisin on helsinkiläisten monipuolinen ulkoilualue. Saarella on vielä joitakin vanhoja huviloita ja sen luonto koostuu kallioista, metsiköistä, lehtomaista sekä kallio- ja hiekkarannoista.

Pihlajasaari has also Helsinki's another naturist beach (the other one being Seurasaari). Turn left from the pier and cross the bridge .
There's also a ferry going from/to Ruoholahti once per hour.
