Had the loveliest staff when I made a visit. Definitely worth going for the IT'S-IT swag. They'll also give you a free bag or box of biscuits if you Instagram a photo there and then.

Super place! Friendly employees. Flavors (strawberry ? pumpkin ?!) you NEVER see in stores. Uncommon products (the Big Daddy ice cream sandwich ) here, too. Only open on weekdays, but SO worth the visit.

The original it's it is my favorite. I would eat these every day if I lived in the bay area.

You can come in 0900-1530 to buy ice team directly from the front desk. Cases of 24 for $20, but they won't sell an assortment . Much better than from a retailer !

Groupon has a special: 12 Ice cream sandwiches (assorted ) + 12 chocolate dipped oatmeal cookies for $12. Double the ice cream sandwich order at the store for $10 more

The mint chocolate chip is the best. If you can fit it in your freezer, a case (24) is the best deal at $22.

They'll ship a case with dry ice for an extra $7! Also, they were nice enough to give a free sample cuz I went in thinking there was a store front...
