We have enjoyed our stay here! The staff have been very nice and accommodating. Free shuttle , free laundry , free breakfast , and they allow pets . We will be back!

The indoor pool is salt water which is different but cool... also, the hot tub outside is REALLY nice when it's cold outside ;-)

I normally stay here when in San Antonio. I like it mostly. No soap when I checked in last night. And the pizza stalkers hit me with the fake menus while I was in the shower . Why can't they stop this?

Free shuttle to Sea World was very convenient

Wow...20 months later an they are still slipping the pizza ads under the door. Check in time is 3:00 and our room wasn't ready until almost 5.

Great customer service.

Decent place and worked out being great for logistics but not worth the star rating. The outside was dirty and the night staff in the restaurant seemed to rather party with their friends than serving.

Room description on the official website was different than what they even had there. Restaurant had horrible service, the only thing good was the morning breakfast buffet since it is self-serve.

Great concept. "Greenest Hotel ..." And good ideas in place however the overall management of this hotel stinks. Terrible restaurant , dust everywhere, and scam pizza ads ??? I'd recommend a do over.

Don't get a regular room, small, but clean . The restaurant is horrid! Horrible service food price and especially service. But great bar and hot tub

I agree about the pizza thing cos it basically means limited security. Also I got a double upgrade to a suite and it was VERY blah. Boring decor and colors.

Rudest staff . I stay at these around the country and this was by far the rudest staff I've encountered. Don't stay or eat here.
