Radisson Blu Hotel, Birmingham

Welcoming staff , very helpfull and polite. Beautiful view from the18th floor. Rooms are lil small but well used space. The room service menu is super!♥ They have Air Conditions !! Pic: Family Feast lol

The hotel was a little outdated but well maintained. The staff were helpful and kind. The breakfast was amazing. The rooms are specious.

Check in think they are a little superior I mean its a radisson blue so why so upper snobbery.....I live in hotels and don't need the snobbery after all I am the client

Clean , spacious room . Good location being very close to New St station. Better than usual hotels buffet breakfast .

Stayed in business class , room was lovely, staff were very attentive. Only negative was the slightly delayed check-in. Highly recommend staying here.

Needs some work on room decors, cleaning and technology. Friendly front office team.

Expecting something special here due to the cost, but first room 613 was grubby with a filthy showerhead, then moved to 804 with the most uncomfortable bed and pillows

Hotel is in an ideal location between the Mailbox complex and the Bullring, we would stay there again

Excellent location. Pillows are very soft and beds are not that great. Experience from eight stays here. P.S. breakfast is improved.

Room, facilities and above all staff .

Always ask for higher floors, the rooms and the view is majestic! And you cant hear the traffic noise from this height!

English breakfast in the Filini restaurant .

They overcharged our group, had to resort to portable heaters in the bar and for lunch in the restaurant the vegetarian curry had fish in! No change to the sign! Stay away!

Beware of the "quiet " rooms: their windows facing the wall of the next building.

Quite possibly the rudest checkin staff in the West Midlands. Rooms are dirty & not maintained. A second towel or pillow is too much to ask this bunch!

Sehr gute Lage in der Nähe zum Bullring und super WiFi. Leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen und nicht ganz der übliche Radisson Blu Standard...

Freundliches und gut informiertes Personal! Zimmer im 70'er Stil, muss man mögen. Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen.
