Earl grey was pretty good- would go to Gong Cha over it though.
The Thai Tea is really sweet.

Has a decent fried snack menu . Snacks don't jive well with bubble yeah tho. Spicy calamari is good.
Not a fan of that traffic of getting and out. Would be awesome if they had a better position.
