Royal First Lounge

Excellent staff and a great lounge . If you arrive before 5:15am go to the Royal Silk lounge first and you can walk through to the First lounge when it opens.

Been here 3 times in the last 3 weeks, love being greeted "welcome back Mr. Harris." Wonderful staff , they make it the best lounge in the world.

Bit remote - if you go in the main entrance you need to walk all the way through the Business Class Lounge . Still, a significant upgrade and worth the hike .

The food and beverages are great and the private waiting rooms are nice. Staff are friendly and respond to your presence accordingly.

SHOWER . Order breakfast (or lunch or dinner ). Then go to the spa . Come 4 hours pre flight if you #havethyme ahihihi

Nice lounge , worth the extra walk. Sample the order menu food, not just the buffet . Overall very nice.

Pork congee is my go to breakfast here. If you want a string cocktail specify how much alcohol you desire otherwise it will likely be weak.

If you are flying Thai First, don't forget to schedule your massage . The 1-hr ones go quickly!

Very luckily, I could access this luxurious lounge by my friend's complimentary offer. Don't forget to taste various menus, and then Thai body massage . ^^

Make sure you always ask for a one of those semi-private rooms with cool B&O swivel TV 's!

Amazing ! Best first class lounge !

Extremely disappointing. Food is mediocre at best - you’ll get better in the food court on level 1. It’s noisy due to open windows to main terminal. No international newspapers or magazines. Spa ok.

Don't miss dining room backward and full menu book here. Food samples displayed are only part of them. Recommend wonton soup .

Worst First Class lounge ever. You hear every announcement from the terminal, and believe me they are many. How could you not build a soundproof lounge ?
