Really like the hardwood floor in the rooms. Good quality housekeeping and solid service. The wifi quality is one of the best I've had in hotels .
Tired of buffet ? Head down to Java Jazz for a great breakfast on your way to Black Rock. About 2 miles south and doesn't look like much from the outside but food and atmosphere are really good.

Be here early for breakfast , lunch and dinner . The food by the chefs are amazing! When Victoria and Anthony are working, no worries because you are in good hands; they are amazing!
The two room suites are amazing for a couple or a family. Everything here is a bit pricy but what do you expect from the ritz. It's top quality here. Extremely friendly staff too.

Head down to the beach if it isn't too windy . Grab a lounge on the other side of the bar for a little privacy. Also, the chips and salsa at the Beach House are great.
Find the smaller pool by the beach . Nobody around, view of the ocean, with a great happy-hour at the bar and Monday Night Football for anxious Dads!
Awesome facility. But vacationing here in March or April can be quite windy . There is always the shuttle buses to Kanapali and Nepali coast.
Great hotel and the best service I've ever had! Staying here is worth every penny for the scenery, room accommodations, and AMAZING service!

Traditional Mai Tais are delicious and they use a soft-serve machine so the piña coladas are super thick!
Amazing staff . Pool and beach is the best.
The winds at the pool are pretty bad. If you go down to the lawn chairs at the beech the winds are much better and they have full surface down here just like at the pool.
Paradise for all. There are several pools and one is just for adults. Hanging by the pool is a treat!
Paradise is 3 pools and a great beach !

Order the fruit plate for lunch at the pool. It's a huge plate and a great price for what you get.
The most festive place I've seen on the island ! Grab a drink! After all, 'tis the season!
Don't be an amateur and order a beer at the pool. Unless you pound it it'll get too warm in the little plastic cup.
I agree that club access is worth it. The club lounge has great food, an open bar , nice views , and great service.
If you leave the bathroom door open, you can watch MNF from the shower .
Try the Sushi Bento Box - Sushi bent and a "Mike Tai" at the Ritz pool cafe . Excellent.
