The Ahi Tower is my new favorite! I also love their Sashimi ; Hamachi , Sake , Escolar. Its all delicious but Sinju is one of the few places that always has the rarities like Chu-Toro (fatty tuna )
I just love their California rolls , tempura rolls , las vegas rolls ! For desert they have a great New York Cheese cake covered with tempura and fried, Served w/chocolate sauce and strawberries ! YUMMY!
