The newly renovated branch is much nicer and more spacious . Love that they've added in Urban Write in their store, which offers very nice gifts and stationery.
The Popular Group evolved from Cheng Hing Company established by the late Mr Chou Sing Chu in 1924, during the boom time of the Chinese book business, in the busy port of Tanjong Pagar.
Has now moved directly up one level (level 3)

Be careful of the stairs there at the gift section. There was one time where customer fall down from the top to the bottom.
