Friendly service and good for a quick meal . The Croque Madam is delicious as a must try.
Visited here with foreign customers and received very impatient service. Very surprising, cote is usually very impressive.
Fast, friendly service . If you're feeling lazy after a movie at the Barbican you can tumble straight in without leaving the building!
I'm not a chain guy, but I have been here twice now and both times the food has been excellent. And really good value .
A great breakfast served by friendly and efficient staff .
The breakfast was fantastic - croque madam was brilliant
Hadn't booked so had to wait *gasp* 15 mins for a table. Charming front of house chap gave us a Kir Royale 'because we had to wait'.... #impressed
Barbican members currently get a free bottle of (good) wine with two mains. (June 13)
Really nice deserts - especially the creme caramel
The service there is fantastic. You should try the seafood linguine .
Always reliable for simple French fayre and a good value set menu .
I love Cote but the staff at this branch were too busy and made lots of mistakes when we ate here.
Rump of lamb was excellent
Just like any other Cote. Step up from cafe rouge, but not the real thing. Not a bad view from the window if you don't mind the traffic.
Definitely book for pre-theatre.
Steak , fries
Good food and service
Food is ok but service is appalling
Terrible service... Be prepared to wait for a table even when there are lots visibly clean and free and for the staff to take ages coming to take payment after presenting the bill!
Slow and chaotic service. Had to ask twice for my side dish, came at the end of the main course. Food was ok-ish. Not impressed at all.
