Love this location. I come all the time. Busy on weekends and holidays - but that's expected. Always great service. Short wait at times. They could probably use a larger staff .

Pancakes are of course great. In the morning always check the supplemental menu that has the specials. These tend to be very good and will save you a few dollars.

Don't get the 1/2 & 1/2 combo. I got the double blt and loaded baked potato soup for same price as the 1/2 bowl soup & 1/2 double blt price. Why pay the same for less????

Gets very busy but the staff are excellent lots of parking available maybe they should open up another ihop

IHOP seems to have a problem with their Certificate of Occupancy so they can only have up to 70 people at one time in the restaurant . So the wait is long to be seated.

Decent customer service, food does not take a while, I always get seated within 15 min.

We had to get our food remade at least 3 times (order completely wrong and missing ingredients)and the host was horrible he couldn't even sit us in a proper table where my disabled stepdad could sit.

Waiting for 15 minutes and no-one even said hello. They seem to be short staffed today but don't know how to handle it. Honestly manager on duty get it together!

Best time to come is early morning, less packed

The food and service was good but they definitely need a better parking lot !

It can be almost empty and they are still slow and the your food is cold. I had to get up and pour my sister and I some water.
