If you're going to want concessions or food while upstairs in the Balcony or Director Suites, doors open 30 minutes in advance to allow service at your seat with a little light.

My advice is to pay the little bit extra and try out their balcony seating , Director's Suite or new Screening Room. All have your own armrests and tray table and the last two have reclinable seats .

The director seats are really the best in the house. Order online and pick up at a kiosk to avoid the crowds.

The Director's Suite is pricey , but worth every cent! Luxury chairs-reclining & heated with personal cup holder and food tray, fantastic wait staff , designated seats you choose, and a private lounge !

One of my fave things about this theater is picking your assigned seats when you buy your tickets. No rushing for a seat or getting stuck on the front row, unless that's your thing.

Make your plans early in the week if you want good balcony or director 's suite seats. Get them online!

Movie-watching at the Warren is LUSH. Thick carpet under foot; comfy , high-backed, rocking seats; and a state-of-the-art movie presentation! Exhilarating!

Easily one of the best movie theaters around. All high-def screens, dolby surround, super comfortable seats ... It is only made better by the balcony . Give it a try, you won't regret it!

The balcony is great. They serve you food and drinks at your seat. The only problem is, it's pretty pricey for a balcony ticket, plus you have to pay for your food and drinks. But it's worth it occ

I like the recliners and heated seats in directors suite. Food, drinks, and service have gone down in quality since Regal took over, though.

Clean and spacious ! Adults only section with dining and drinks up stairs. Great theater!

Even better than the balcony are the directors suites. Every seat is a powered, heated recliner. And the service is fantastic. Well worth the money! Try it!

If you like leaving in the middle of films , in the 21 and up balcony , because drunken idiots talk, and spill alcohol all over you, this is the best movie theater for that. Horrible management.

The top row of the IMAX theater has a smaller bathroom in the foyer at the back. Climb fewer stairs and escape back to the movie quicker!

With my two favorite guys Berton & Jeremy seeing Mockingjay Director's Suite at the Warren. Yep! Recliners, heated seats, full bar and restaurant .

Use the Director's Suite lounge upstairs when waiting for DS seats. It is quiet compared to the rotunda and more comfortable for conversation.

The desserts aren't half bad-try a root beer float at the bar upstairs! It comes in a gargantuan mug. Delicious!

You can order dinner and take it in to the movie theatre with you . Doesn't have to be bacony or grand auditorium , but balcony is cool cause ya have a waiter :)

I agree with Danielle... I thought I knew a nice theater but that went out the door when I walked in this place. Save your $$$ and get the balcony tickets. Love seats and a server brings your food

The grand auditorium is amazing, especially if you sit in the balcony . Heated seats, waitors, a bar - it's all you want in a movie theater plus a lot more!
