Not same as the usual Coffee Bean Buster’s Cheesecake . I Tapao-ed a few times and i can say the quality has been deteriorated now.

Staff ignoring customers who were standing at the cashier . The guy who was earlier sleeping behind the counter then denied making the wrong drinks when he wasn't even the one taking the order.

What CBTL is expected to be. The outlet is kind of small.

The company doing the wifi setup needs to be changed. Not friendly user at all

Horrible services! !. Worst I hv ever tried!! All the waiters and waitresses pull on a long face. They are all without name tags hence I'm not able to name them here.
