Love the smoothies , salads (especially the one with crunchy apple ) and French Baguettes .
Victory is mine!!! They have all new staff ...I'm guessing new management as well . Much friendlier and now they have bread . Glad they got the message (whether it was from me or another customer).
They must have gotten the message & changed mgmt. Everyone is now friendly and they have bread . Much improved service and experience over my previous 4 visits.
I like the 9th St one in Durham but they need to keep a better eye on the dining room to wipe down tables. It's always dirty .
The sandwiches and bakery goods are very tasty!
Panera is only good for bakeries and smoothies . However, the other meals like bowls are very bad. Also they give dirty forks and spoons...
It's "just ok". One of the most poorly run Panera locations I've been to. They've been out of baguettes many times that I've visited. That's like a Burger King being out of hamburgers .
Revising my review from "ok" to "terrible". Last 3 visits they've been out of baguettes . Your logo is a woman cuddling w/ a baguette . How are you consistently out? Not a problem at any other location.
Free coffee until 12/25/2013 with travel mug purchase
Nov 17, 7:30pm. Out of baguettes ....again!
Ask for the impossible burger that's not on the menu! Also the frose is ???????? - Candise H.
Had the savory bread pudding with a side of homemade applesauce today. (It was the hot special today, but I hope it makes the regular menu soon!) Awesome!!! - Amanda S
Beautiful store with expansive selections...except no pumpkin pie filling!!!!! - Sharlene Simon
