The best day for workshops and appts is Sunday. The mall is dead or very low traffic and the store has less noise so communication with the clerks is easier and more informative.

Just buy a PC! They're better anyway. Apple overprices everything they sell. If you want a power adapter replaced you can empty your bank account or shop online for half the price.
