They've messed up most of my orders. But sometimes they give you extra (free!) stuff by mistake or to make up for their error.
Great drive thru . Quick service !
None of the staff know how to use the Dunkin app. Tried to pay with my app, the lady took off with my phone, came back and said "you owe $2.10". Had to explain to 2 staff how to scan app to pay.
They have a sign for “Free Wi-Fi“ but in all of the time this DD has been renovated, their Wi-Fi doesn't work. Don't come here for that, just use their 24 hour drive-thru.

Worst DD in the area. Terrible service - they never get even the simplest of orders right. Not to mention how slooooowwwww they are. Go to the one on main actin Passaic.
