Yea, I know it's 'middle eastern' but they have some of the best retail prices on spices, grains, nuts , etc. So, just go & those guys that work the main ingredient area, they are smarter than you.

The Mediterranean import store everyone needs in their neighborhood , except this one is particularly good. Their hummus is probably the best thing to get here.
