Halibut 's has the freshest fish in town . And according to a catfish eating friend that's truly the best thing here. Though I'm a Ling Cod fan. The Key Lime Pie is lovely too. As for Dan Ackroyd...

We had the halibut and the salmon - both great. Loved the chowder too. A must do for anyone in Portland.

Oh yummy!! Try the fish 'n chips but be sure to have a cup if chowder too!! If you only have one thing here do the chowder :)

The owner is awesome. Extremely friendly and you can tell he loves his job. Had the salmon and it was excellent!

Get the halibut collars - the only thing they do here is fish and chips , so don't expect your fish broiled, baked or otherwise cooked.
