Holy Hill

Absolutely check out the bookstore/gift shop; one of the best Catholic stores I've visited. Also be sure to climb the steps to the spire (there is a lot)...it's so worth it for amazing views !!

Never go the there on a weekend, otherwise you WILL get squished going up and down the stairs to the top -- which are usually packed with tourists

"Leafers" like to swarm here in fall to take pictures of the surrounding area in tower . Locals come to walk the stations and surrounding trails .

Time spent here at Holy Hill is time well spent. Wonderful!

If biking be sure to hit the 20% Mur up to Station 14 (go past the gift-store building on the left)...appropriately humbling in any gear.

We will back a lunch for you. Walk the Stations, climb the tower you can see for miles.

Drive up to and around this southeast Wisconsin landmark . Climb the steeple tower if you're nimble. Sights are best in the fall, but still picturesque throughout the year. Read more

Bring your own bottles for that fresh blessed holy water by the Lourdes grotto.
