The most upscale Panera I have ever seen. Being from NY Hudson Valley area, I have never seen a kiosk or drive thru . You just walk in and the people at the register take your order unless using app

I love their broccoli cheddar soup . Service is up and down. 1 day its great service and the another day service sucks.

I love the bagels they are amazing the French toast bagel with hazelnut cream cheese is verry good and the staff are amazing!!!!

Use the rewards card; lots of useful discounts ! The new fontina grilled cheese is awesome! Soups & pastries are always great!

Ask for the My Panera card , then activate it online @ www.mypanera.com. It's their rewards program, minus the point system. Simply use it when you visit to get personalized freebies & discounts .

Make sure and bring get a My Panera card so you can get free offers such as $ off bread , patries, and sandwiches .

Get the reward card. It's free and I always seem to get something free to go with my meal because of it.

The service is fast and the danish is amazing

Worst experience ever. Lost my order in the one minute between ordering and the window. Then tried to charge me, though it was supposed to be a free (coffee club), the woman at the window was RUDE AF!

NEVER order a French Toast Bagel Sandwich here! They never have them. They claim that its there most popular but do not make any extra. It doesn't matter if they are busy or not.

Their fruit tarts are divine!

Over priced and over hyped. Sandwiches are good, but $7 for mediocrity. The sweets are splendiferous. Recommendation... Turn around and go to Jason's deli . At least their sandwiches are humongous.
