I never had a peppis sandwich that I didn’t like. I love the #7 and cheesesteaks also fresh cut fries

Primanti's aint the only game in town . Peppis' sandwiches are epicly awesome with excessively indulgent ingredients - very much a Pittsburgh thing.

The staff is nice. The food is great. It smells amazing. Nothing gets better.

If you are suffering the sadness of having to wait for someone at AGH, stop here for food before hand. It is way better than what the hospitals cafeteria had.
