SEC is an economic entity specializing in offering large-scale conference and exhibition services. With its buildings completed in March 1955, SEC is the first ever site for conference and exhibition after the founding of the People's Republic of China.

To pay homage to the Soviet Union, its layout was designed based on the main building of the All-Union Agricultural Exhibition (VDNKh) in Moscow and the Admiralty in Leningrad (St. Petersburg).
Fantastic building . Apparently donated by the Russian government to China. Huge space and not your normal boring exhibition space
The audrey hepburn exhibition was quite a rip-off for rmb168. It was tiny with not much to see apart from the visitors posing in their LBDs.
