No kill shelter, adoption center and spay/neuter clinic. The SPCA of Westchester is dedicated to protecting and caring for abused and abandoned animals. Only entity mandated by NY State to enforce animal cruelty laws throughout the county. Monday - Saturday 10 am - 4 pm and Sunday from 1 pm - 4 pm

The SPCA of Westchester is open from 10 - 4, Monday - Sat. and 1 - 4 on Sunday.
