Kiosks are interesting and take some getting used too... no counter ordering.

They honored it at the Douglas and 23rd one but that was after they called the owner. They're so stingy over a damn thing of fries !

Service stinks. Stood at counter for over 5 minutes and no one came to take our order. We walked out and went to Braums.
Make sure you check your fries . They sometimes give crappy ones.
Service is very slow and they were out of everything. No ketchup or sweet tea .. Several people told them and they still did not fix.
