The service here is very poor. Didn't provide a pen to my colleague who paid via credit card. .. waved at the waiter to get chili sauce also have to wait quite a while. ...

Yikes! Terribly slow service. Staff not attentive. And food was below par compared to their other chains.

Service is really slow. Even at off peak hours. They added water in ice lemon tea , which make the drink sucks. Food ok lah. Aint coming here again.
