The Lancome counter in the cosmetics department is amazing. The counter manager Toby is extremely helpful and friendly . I would highly suggest her help if you want the perfect makeup for you!
The cosmetic and facial counter lady's are very friendly considering from what I've been told, they don't make a commission on what they sell! What a shame too, many are very good at helping clients!
Men's department always has great deals and the sales people are always nice and helpful
Their "buy online, pick up in store" option is new, and no one knows what's going on. It took four different people to get my order.
